Delivery Coverage

Lords Healthcare currently delivers to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. We are continuously expanding our coverage network to reach every corner of the country.

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 1–3 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 5–8 business days
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 2,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies based on your location.

  • Orders above PKR 2,000 — Free shipping nationwide
  • Orders below PKR 2,000 — PKR 200 shipping charge for major cities
  • Orders below PKR 2,000 — PKR 300 shipping charge for other areas
  • Express same-day delivery (Karachi only, orders placed before 12:00 PM) — PKR 350

Payment & Cash on Delivery

We offer multiple payment methods for your convenience, including Cash on Delivery (COD), which is available nationwide.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
  • Bank transfer / online payment — via our secure checkout
  • Credit/Debit card — Visa, Mastercard accepted
  • Easy Paisa and JazzCash — available at checkout

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or order placement for COD). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp with a tracking reference where available.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product upon receipt
  • WhatsApp or email us at sales.lordshealthcare@gmail.com within 48 hours
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 1 business day to resolve the matter

Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, certain circumstances beyond our control — including severe weather, national holidays, courier disruptions, or force majeure events — may cause delays. We will notify you promptly if your order is significantly delayed.
