Return Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests unless the product is demonstrably defective or was delivered in error.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
- The product has not been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products purchased during a final-sale or clearance promotion
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse by the customer
- Products returned after the 7-day window without prior approval
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

- Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day
- Approved replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us using one of the methods below. Do not ship products back without prior approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping
For returns due to a defective product or our error, Lords Healthcare will bear the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns (where the product meets all eligibility criteria), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns. Lords Healthcare is not responsible for products lost in transit during the return process.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or SMS. Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash: 5–7 business days after approval
- Credit/debit card refunds: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer to the account you provide
- Store credit (if you prefer): added within 2 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
